At Mini-Entrepôts Sauvegarde, we're committed to providing you with simple, transparent, and fair service.

Reservation

Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been made.

Refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part or where required by law.

Minimum Term

All rentals are subject to a minimum term of one (1) full month. By reserving a storage unit, you agree to this minimum term.

Cancellation

After the initial one-month term, you can end your rental by contacting us at least 15 days before the renewal date. If you don't provide notice in time, payment for the following month may be charged.
