- Rental file: retained for the duration of your lease and for an additional period consistent with applicable limitation periods in Quebec
- Payment data: retained in accordance with tax and accounting requirements (complete credit card data is never stored on our servers; it is managed exclusively by Stripe)
- Video surveillance footage: retained for a limited period based on our security needs
- Google Analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics account configuration
- Communications (live chat, form): retained for the time necessary to process your request
- Electronically signed agreements: retained for the duration of the lease and applicable limitation periods
Once the retention period has expired, your personal information is securely destroyed or irreversibly anonymized.

9. Consent

12. Minors
