MONTHLY BILLING

Many competing facilities bill every 28-day "month", which leaves missing days that ultimately force customers to pay for a 13th month of rent each year. We bill based on calendar months, and billing renews on the day you sign up - not the 1st of every month.

LEASE AGREEMENTS

Our leases are established on a monthly basis. They automatically renew each month until you terminate the agreement. Terminating the agreement requires a 14-day notice.

MOVING YOUR BELONGINGS

Moving and appliance dollies are provided free of charge. Moving equipment and packing supplies are also available on site.

EASY ACCESS

We provide access codes to each of our customers to facilitate access to our facilities. Although you can enjoy 24/7 access, if you have problems with your access code, you must contact the on-site manager.
