  • What am I not allowed to store?

    For the safety of our customers and neighbors, here are the things you CANNOT store in our facilities:


    • Explosive or flammable articles: This includes ammunition, fireworks, gas, kerosene, and lighter fluid.
    • Toxic articles or chemicals: Any article, substance, or liquid harmful to the environment or that could negatively affect anyone's health.
    • Firearms and weapons: Anything used primarily as a weapon.
    • Any living or dead body: This includes insects, animals, humans, bacterial cultures, etc.
    • Anything illegal: This includes drugs, stolen goods, and anything else considered illegal.

  • Can I use my own padlock?

    You can bring your own padlock if you wish, but we also sell them on site.

    What size storage unit do I need?

    It depends on what you'll be storing. If you're having trouble determining the dimensions you need, feel free to contact our storage facility team for advice. A good approach is to start by considering the size of the largest items you want to store. If you're only storing boxes, a fairly small storage unit will suffice.

  • When can I access my storage unit?

    Mini Entrepôt Sauvegarde offers 24/7 access to its facilities (for a small additional fee). Once you have your access code, you gain access to your personal storage unit and a specific access level, allowing you to access your storage unit at any time.

  • Do you offer heating and air conditioning in your facilities?

    Our facilities are heated, and air-conditioned storage units are also available. Contact a member of our team to inquire about the availability of air-conditioned storage units.

  • Are there units that can be reached by vehicle?

    Yes, we offer units at our facilities that you can reach by vehicle. Ask one of our storage experts for more information and availability.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    At Mini Entrepôt Rive Sud, there are absolutely no hidden costs. We maintain complete transparency with all our customers. Our prices are as advertised, and they remain so!

  • Will I be bound by a long-term contract?

    Not at all. All our rentals are renewed on a monthly basis. You can use your storage unit as much, or as little, as you wish.

  • How does your payment cycle work?

    Unlike most storage facilities, we do not bill on the 1st of each month, but rather on the date corresponding to the day of your registration.
