Promotions Policy

• Promotions apply only to rental fees for the move-in month. They may be reflected in monthly rates and are subject to change in accordance with the terms of your rental agreement.
  
  
• Promotions are for new customers only. They do not apply to existing customers, unit transfers, or rentals of additional spaces. Offers are subject to availability and limited to one per household.
  
  
• Promotions may change at any time based on availability, market conditions, and at our discretion.
  
  
• Depending on the rental start date, promotional discounts may apply to the remainder of the current month or the following month.
  
  
• Taxes and other fees may apply. Please refer to your rental agreement for details applicable to your rental.
